Therefore, the electrolytic ultrasonic cleaner with guaranteed quality has also been welcomed by people. Let's take a look at the operation process of the ultrasonic cleaning machine.

1. Check
Open the packaging wooden box and check whether the appearance of the device is damaged and whether the electrical components inside the control box are loose. If it is loose, it needs to be fixed first. If the appearance is damaged, please contact us immediately, do not install and use without permission.

2. Wiring
Connect the power cord, tank plug and heater power supply to the electric control box according to the wiring diagram, and ground it;

3. Preheating
Close the air circuit breaker, set the temperature of the temperature control instrument to 70°C (the temperature can also be set according to the actual situation), start the main power supply and the heating switch, and start heating.

4. Put in cleaning agent
When the temperature of the electrolytic ultrasonic cleaning machine is heated to the set temperature, the cleaning agent is melted evenly and then put into the cleaning tank, and the ultrasonic power is turned on to make it reach the working state.

Five, pretreatment
Pretreatment of heavy oil, carbon deposits and other attachments on the surface of the workpiece to prepare for subsequent cleaning.
6. Ultrasonic cleaning
Put the workpiece into the cleaning tank of the electrolytic ultrasonic cleaning machine, set the cleaning time according to different cleaning parts, and start cleaning.
