What is the difference between ultrasonic cleaning and dry ice cleaning

The small ultrasonic cleaning machine and dry ice cleaning also play a cleaning role, but the scope of use is very different. Let's look at the scope of use of the two together.

In small ultrasonic cleaning, the high-frequency oscillation signal generated by the ultrasonic signal generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by an ultrasonic transducer (vibrator) and transmitted to the liquid. Ultrasound radiates forward in the liquid in a dispersed manner and generates hundreds of thousands of fine bubbles.

This kind of bubble forms and grows in the negative pressure area during the whole transmission process, and closes quickly in the positive pressure area. In the entire process of this small ultrasonic cleaning called "cavitation", the bubble closing can generate an instantaneous high pressure of thousands of atmospheric pressure. The continuous high pressure continuously impacts the surface of the block, so that the stains on the surface and gaps of the block quickly fall off, thereby achieving the cleaning effect.

Although the actual effect of the small ultrasonic cleaning machine when cleaning small objects is better than the traditional cleaning method, but because the output power and frequency are different, the proper application can achieve the practical effect of cleaning with half the effort. Since cavitation is generated unevenly along a larger sound intensity band, when the cleaning mass is stationary in the cleaning liquid, the asymmetry caused by cavitation will cause the asymmetry of cleaning. In order to get rid of this situation, small ultrasonic cleaning machines generally choose the following two effective methods:

1. Move the position of the cleaning object
When the cleaning block moves in the cleaning tank, the mouth can more evenly function on the surface of the cleaning block. The best way is to rotate the cleaning block, and let a part with strong cavitation erosion on the different surface of the cleaning block.

2. Add or reduce some cleaning fluid
When the level gauge in the cleaning tank changes up and down, the location of the larger sound pressure band in the cavity also changes accordingly, thereby getting rid of the asymmetry of the gasification phenomenon. In terms of dry ice cleaning, the surface of the object is sprayed with high pressure by spray gun. Due to the large temperature difference, the dirt on the surface of the object becomes brittle, making it detached under the impact of high pressure. Dry ice cleaning is carried out by means of a paint spray gun, so it is suitable for surface treatment of larger pieces, such as paint and other stains attached to Xinqiang. The small washing machine is suitable for cleaning small objects.
