1. The cleaning process is fully automatic and has automatic/manual functions.
2. The flushing time should be automatically controlled, the time can be adjusted from 0-30 minutes, and the status is displayed.
3. The equipment has two options: automatic and manual. Under automatic conditions, when the cleaning starts, the ultrasound, pump, motor, circulation, heating system are turned on, and the cleaning ends automatically. The pressure indicator should be equipped at the inlet and outlet of the circulation system.
4. The equipment shall have emergency and abnormal alarm devices.
5. All boxes, pipes, filter housings, pump bodies and necessary tooling are made of stainless steel.
6. The pipeline should use the fast interface as much as possible to facilitate equipment maintenance and transportation.
7. Each tank is equipped with a drain port for maintenance and cleaning.
8. The equipment must be equipped with movable doors to facilitate the rapid maintenance of pipelines, filters, pumps, heaters, ultrasound and other components to ensure production needs.
9. The control program sets a password lock to prevent unintentional personnel from inadvertently modifying device parameter values.
10. The equipment has a good grounding device.
11. Install a flushing gun under the observation window of the equipment, and the equipment is independently equipped with a water storage tank.
